This operation was a result of an ongoing investigation into narcotics activity at the residence, which was suspected to be a hub for illegal drug sales.

Law enforcement teams from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (SRT), Chautauqua County SRT, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the Gowanda Police Department joined forces to carry out the raid. As they entered the residence, officers discovered a stash of suspected crack cocaine and a range of drug paraphernalia.
