LeRoy head-on collision leaves two individuals in critical condition

Two individuals are still in critical condition after a head-on collision occurred on Sunday morning in Genesee County, specifically in LeRoy, New York.

Shortly after 9:30 a.m., the police were called to a  two-vehicle crash on Route 19 in LeRoy.

Isamanda Johnson, 31, was driving a southbound pickup truck when she attempted to overtake another vehicle. Unfortunately, Gary Deibler, 78, of Chili, was driving a northbound SUV when her truck collided with it.

Mercy Flight transported Johnson’s passenger and Deibler to Strong Memorial Hospital, where they were classified as being in critical condition.

Johnson was transported to Strong Hospital by Mercy Flight EMS with injuries that were determined to be non-life-threatening.
