The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office reported that on September 6, a Verona man made an attempt to escape from deputies on an e-bicycle. However, his efforts were in vain as he did not manage to get very far. According to officials, the suspect, who is 58 years old, had initially been stopped by deputies that night before he decided to flee on the bike.
