Lockport Resident Taken into Custody on Numerous Drug Offenses After Investigation

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office reported that on September 6, a Verona man made an attempt to escape from deputies on an e-bicycle. However, his efforts were in vain as he did not manage to get very far. According to officials, the suspect, who is 58 years old, had initially been stopped by deputies that night before he decided to flee on the bike.

According to WKTV, police have determined that Worden was driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. The suspect is now facing multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated.
