Three Individuals Arrested in Connection with School Threat Incident

Three juveniles, including a 13-year-old male, a 13-year-old female, and an 11-year-old female, were taken into custody for making Terroristic Threats through social media. These individuals are accused of threatening to carry out gun violence within the school system.

The Montgomery Police Department (MPD) officials have stated that their investigators have been working diligently in close collaboration with the Montgomery Public School System, as well as local and federal partners, to identify and apprehend the person responsible for this threat.

The MPD has taken action by placing the two 13-year-old suspects in the Montgomery County Youth Detention Facility, while the 11-year-old suspect has been released to a guardian, considering her age.

Please note that a criminal charge is merely an accusation, and it should be understood that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until their guilt is proven in a court of law.
