Parents and their children may observe Alabama state troopers this week at their schools.

An increase in school shooting threats has been observed on social media platforms in the past week, according to Salter.

Salter stated that citizens can join forces by promptly reporting any suspicious activity to law enforcement.
“We advise them to report the incident, rather than reposting it, as this can exacerbate fear and impede the progress of a law enforcement investigation in identifying the source of the threat,” stated Salter.
Archer emphasized the importance of young individuals taking responsibility for their online statements. Otherwise, they may receive a visit from law enforcement.
