A multi-agency task force carried out a search warrant at a home in Gowanda, which resulted in the arrest of three people. During the operation, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia were found.
On September 26, 2024, at around 10:40 PM, several law enforcement agencies, in conjunction with the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at 20 Frederick Street in the Village of Gowanda, New York. This operation was a result of an ongoing investigation into narcotics activity at the residence, which was suspected to be a hub for illegal drug sales.
Law enforcement teams from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team (SRT), Chautauqua County SRT, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the Gowanda Police Department joined forces to carry out the raid. As they entered the residence, officers discovered a stash of suspected crack cocaine and a range of drug paraphernalia.
The search led to the arrest of three individuals.
