According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, a tragic interstate collision occurred in Montgomery County on Tuesday night.
About three miles south of Millbrook, according to troopers, a Toyota Camry went off the road and collided with a guardrail on Interstate 65. It took place about 9:20 p.m.
There were no other cars involved. Christopher L. Miller, 49, of Montgomery was the driver that the troopers identified. At the scene, he was declared deceased.
He wasn’t using a seat belt, according to troopers. Investigations into the wreck are still ongoing.
