A shooting that occurred in the City of Buffalo early Sunday resulted in the immediate transport of one individual to Erie County Medical Center.

A spokesperson for the Buffalo Police Department  informed 2 On Your Side that the shooting took place on Sunday shortly after 4 a.m. near Broadway and Rommel Avenue.

While walking to his vehicle, a 32-year-old Buffalo man was wounded.
