In an email on Monday, Allen urged all Alabamians to review the sample ballots available on the website www.AlabamaVotes.gov. He emphasized the importance of familiarizing oneself with these ballots before heading to the polls on November 5.

The email provided a comprehensive overview of the website’s features for visitors as they get ready to cast their votes.

The AlabamaVotes.gov website offers a range of useful features for Alabama residents. With a valid Alabama driver’s license, individuals can conveniently register to vote, verify their voter registration status, check their polling location, and even track their absentee ballot. Allen, the website’s creator, emphasizes the team’s dedicated efforts in ensuring that the website serves as a functional tool for all Alabamians as they prepare to exercise their right to vote on November 5th.

Polling stations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on election day. In order to cast a ballot, voters must present a valid photo ID.

“As someone who has served as a probate judge in the past, I have a deep understanding of the immense effort required to ensure that elections are conducted in a fair, secure, and transparent manner. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the county probate judges and election officials who have dedicated their time and energy to meticulously crafting and reviewing sample ballots for their respective counties. Their commitment ensures that voters in Alabama are well-informed and adequately prepared when they head to the polls on Election Day,” Allen expressed his appreciation.
