Lockport Resident Taken into Custody on Numerous Drug Offenses After Investigation

Travis Watts, a 40-year-old Gasport, NY resident, was taken into custody by the Niagara County Drug Task Force on September 25, 2024, at around 3:05 AM. This arrest came as a result of a comprehensive investigation into his suspected involvement in drug-related activities.

Watts is currently facing multiple severe felony charges, which include Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Substance with Intent to Sell in the third degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, and Criminal Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell in the third degree. Furthermore, he was arrested on a separate warrant issued by Lockport City Court for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree.

The accused, Watts, is currently being held at the Niagara County Jail and is awaiting arraignment. It is important to remember that, like all individuals accused of a crime, Watts is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
