Man in Buffalo fatally shot during early morning incident

In Buffalo, a man was fatally shot during an early morning incident on Thursday, according to Buffalo police.

Police reported that the man was shot in the torso while outside during a dispute at Jersey and 7th Streets at approximately 4:30 a.m. He was conveyed to ECMC by ambulance and subsequently declared deceased.

The victim, Travis Martin, was identified as 35 years old, and Raymond Torres, 35, was charged with one count of second-degree murder, according to the police.
