On Tuesday evening, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reported that a fatal accident occurred on an interstate in Montgomery County.
According to troopers, a Toyota Camry veered off the road and collided with a guardrail on Interstate 65, approximately three miles south of Millbrook. It transpired at approximately 9:20 p.m.
There were no additional vehicles that were involved.
The driver was identified by troopers as Christopher L. Miller, 49, of Montgomery. At the site, he was declared deceased.According to troopers, he was not wearing a seatbelt.
The wreck is still being investigated.
