Crime Stoppers Buffalo is seeking the assistance of the community in identifying a suspect who is associated with a gunshot. They are optimistic that the information they gather will result in the arrest of Joel Brown.

The incident occurred on September 6, 2024, at 311 Kenmore Avenue in the Town of Tonawanda. Just after 4 p.m. on that day, officers were dispatched to 311 Kenmore Avenue in response to a complaint of gunfire.

Upon their arrival, the officers discovered a 36-year-old man who had sustained gunshot wounds to his hand and leg. According to investigators, the victim and the suspect are acquainted with one another, and the gunshot occurred subsequent to an ongoing dispute between the two men.

According to the police, Brown’s known addresses are 19 Hill Street in Tonawanda and 1225 Sycamore Street in Buffalo.
